	Audio programs (tapes, CDs) that are readily available to the busy professionals at home, work, in the car, while exercising, etc.
	Video and on-line electronic programs that make learning convenient, enjoyable, and easy to remember.
	Teleconferences where professionals listen to a presentation by a leading expert on the phone, and then participate in a question and answer format. Participants receive workbooks for these programs.
	Live presentations in a variety of settings.
